Its so unlikely that their comments and suggestions can actually help a fat woman like me. Anyway, the nice sales lady gave me some good advice about what to look for in plus size dresses and how I can determine whether it fits me even before I try it on.

First, she told me to stay away from bright colors. Lighter colors do not bring out the best in chubby people. Its always better to try clothes that have dark colors like black or dark blue. It made a lot of sense to me because one of the clothes I bought a while ago was actually bright blue, and I loved it until I saw how I really looked in it. I thought its just something I have to get used to seeing and that I didnt have a choice but to deal with it. Apparently, its the color that really isnt flattering for my body shape.

Another piece of advice she gave me was too try and draw others attention away from the parts of my body which I do not like. My hips, for example, are not my favorite part of my body. Some types of clothing draw attention to this particular part of the body, so I need plus size clothes in order to draw others eyes away from my hips. I need clothes that will make them see the good parts of my body and hide the undesirable parts. There are so many choices these days. If you want some nice plus size clothes, there are some nice plus size clothes at  this store. 

It is best for Windows and doors should be checked for drafts. Lock and close all of them and use an energy efficient air conditioner. Bathroom and hood fans should be turned on for signs of leaks. Look around the house for signs of things that is making energy efficient equipment not efficient. Examples of this are worn or old weather stripping, deteriorated sealing and caulking and gaps in windows/frames/walls. Look for frost, ice or condensation on the inside of closed windows. Doing all of this will show signs of a leak or another problem that will have ot be fixed. Figure out the temperature of each room. The level of degrees per room should not be any more than two degrees apart. If so it may be a problem to address. Look for poor air circulation and poor seals around windows and doors.
